The Yemeni Arabian Sea Ports Corporation announces its desire to invite you to join the biding No. (2) 2023 regarding the sale of the ship (Maliha) in the port of Nashtun, governorate/Al-Mahra, at public auction.

Bidders wishing to participate in the auction must submit their written applications during official working hours to the following address:

Note that entry into the auction requires the following conditions:

• pay the auction entry deposit for an amount ($325,000) only (three hundred and twenty-five thousand US dollars) with an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee or by a check accepted for payment in the name of the Yemen Arabian Sea Ports Corporation, valid for (90) days from the date of opening the envelopes.
• The auction bid shall be submitted in a closed envelope sealed with red wax to the address of the Yemen Arabian Sea Ports Corporation, with the name of the corporation, the project, the bid number, and the name of the auction bidder written on it, and containing the following documents:
• A copy of a valid registration and classification certificate.
• A copy of the sales tax certificate + a valid tax card.
• A copy of the insurance card + a valid Zakat card.
• A copy of the profession practice certificate.
• An auction is subject to the provisions of the Government Tenders, Auctions and Stores Law No. (23) of (2007) and its executive regulations, and the provisions of the law and regulations are considered subject to it.
• The last day to receive bids and open envelopes is 8/1/2024. Bids received after this date will not be accepted and will be returned in their delivered condition to their owners.
• The auction will be opened in the Nishtun Port administration building in governorate Al-Mahra in the presence of the bidders or their representatives with an official, signed and stamped authorization.

Bidders wishing to participate in this auction can view the bidding documents and inspect the ship before purchasing it during the working hours for the period allowed for distributing the bidding documents which will be (25) days only from the date of publishing the first advertisement.
